The Process
Whether you need a quick headshot for social media, a branding session for your small business, or you are ready for a deeply transformative multi-session coaching journey, my approach is individually crafted to meet your unique goals.
01.
consultation
We will spend time together, online or in-person, in order to get comfortable, discuss your goals and your target audience, and to identify the best type of images to achieve them. If in person, we will also take a few practice photos.
02.
preparation
Together, we will build a mood board, selecting a color scheme and style that match your natural coloring and features, and, if applicable, your brand. This includes wardrobe, makeup, hair, accessories, props and location/background.
03.
photoshoot
My mindfulness-based guidance and posing techniques help you get centered and relaxed, and to embody the goals you have set, so you can look and feel your best — even if you have no previous experience (or if it was less than ideal).
04.
selection
A few days after the shoot, we will meet again (online or in-person) to reflect on your experience, review your private gallery, discuss your retouching preferences and select the images that serve your goals and celebrate the best version of you.
